At IV & Grams, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may result in the need to cancel your event styling or balloon order. We are committed to being fair and understanding, while also protecting our business. Therefore, we have established the following cancellation policy:
If cancellation of your order is necessary, please inform us as soon as possible. Our ability to provide refunds will depend on the notice given:
For custom orders, we begin the design process soon after the order is placed. Therefore, if a custom order is canceled, we can not offer a refund, regardless of when the cancellation is made.
If our event styling services are no longer required, we require a minimum of one month's notice. If cancellation is made within this time, we will refund 75% of your payment less your deposit. If cancellation occurs less than one month before the event, we cannot provide a refund.
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your changes, but can not guarantee that we will be able to meet all requests, particularly if they are made close to the event date.
All refunds will be processed within 10 business days. If you have any further questions about our cancellation policy, please do not hesitate to contact us.
NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT POLICY
At IV & Grams, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans can change. That's why we have carefully crafted our policy to ensure that our clients can have peace of mind when booking our services.
When you book any of our services, we require a non-refundable deposit to secure your date and time. This deposit acts as a guarantee that we will be there for you when you need us. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, so we offer a one-time option to reschedule your appointment within 1 year of cancellation.
Our non-refundable deposit policy ensures that we can maintain the highest level of service and quality for all of our clients. It allows us to properly allocate resources and ensure that we can meet our commitments to you.
